With the boom in self-publishing, many authors need access to services that were previously provided by Publishers. Ryegrass Publishing has been set up to assist New Zealand writers with manuscript assessment, beta reading, and proofreading.

The title says it all. We love to read, especially new books from local authors, or even those from abroad.
Writers read and re-read their books again and again, until they are so close to the story they gloss over the charactisation, the setting, the time-line, placing the characters in the right place at the right time. Omitting explanations of events that may be common knowledge to them but not to readers.
